Homemade Bread and Raspberry Butter

There's nothing quite like fresh bread hot from the oven—except when you add butter! Kick it up a notch with this simple raspberry butter that even the littlest hands can help make. 


8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

6-8 fresh raspberries

1-2 tablespoons of honey

a pinch of sea salt



Add raspberries, honey, and salt to the butter. Use a fork to lightly mash the raspberries while mixing the ingredients. Mix until the raspberries are incorporated evenly throughout the butter—it's ok if there are pockets of raspberries and honey! Spoon the butter into a small jar and refrigerate. Bon Appétit!
